1. Brotherhood first. Treat every man in this community the way you want to be treated. You do not have to agree with everyone — you do have to respect them.
2. Honesty over performance. No fronting here. No highlight reel. Bring who you actually are. Vulnerability is not weakness — it is the price of real brotherhood.
3. Confidentiality. What is shared in The Groundwork, stays in The Groundwork. This is especially true in crisis rooms. No screenshots. No sharing outside. No exceptions.
4. No harm. No hate speech, no harassment, no sexual content, no content that encourages self-harm. If you see it, report it.
5. Get real help when it matters. The Groundwork supports you. But 911 and 988 save lives. If you or a brother is in immediate danger — call.
Every post, message, room conversation, and profile has a three-dot menu with a Report option. Reports go directly to our moderation team and are reviewed within 24 hours. All reports are confidential.
