We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with anyone except as described in this policy.
Conversations in Brotherhood Crisis Rooms are treated with the highest level of sensitivity. We do not display crisis room conversations publicly, include them in feed recommendations, or use them for product analytics beyond basic usage counts.
Moderators assigned to a crisis room can see messages in that room for safety and moderation purposes. If a message is reported, our moderation team will review it.
In situations where we believe there is an imminent and credible risk to someone's life, we reserve the right to share relevant information with emergency services or authorities. This is a rare and last-resort measure taken only to protect human life.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data — including posts, messages, and assessment results — is permanently removed within 30 days. Some aggregate, anonymized data may be retained for product improvement purposes.
